Clinical governance plays a pivotal role across all our operations, ensuring strict adherence to industry standards, legal compliance, and quality service delivery. It instils confidence in our clients, assuring them that our systems and procedures are robust, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This includes:
- Implementing systems and processes to manage identified risks.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of clinical governance systems and processes.
- Making continuous improvements to clinical governance practices.
Our governance structure and clinical oversight is at an organisational and clinical level. Guiding our commitment to safety and quality is a National Operations Team, Senior Management Team and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Our governance structure includes three national committees:
- a Risk Committee
- a Quality Committee
- a Clinical Governance Committee
Our clinical governance is overseen by a leadership team deeply experienced in the sector, with extensive clinical expertise.
