Established in 2016, Ability Plus Disability Services brings over 50 years of combined experience, with a strong focus on 24/7 in-home support and complex care.
With offices in Cheltenham and Keilor Park, Ability Plus provides services across all of greater metropolitan Melbourne.
As a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), TAC (Transport Accident Commission), and WorkCover provider, Ability Plus specialises in complex care, in-home support, and community access.
To ensure quality of care all support workers undergo a detailed recruitment process including face to face interviews, reference checks, qualifications check, NDIS Worker and working with children checks. In addition, all support workers are required to have a first aid certificate, undertake training specific to the people they support as well as participation in on-going training and education programs.
Ability Plus provides clinical oversight, and support is person-led, maximising choice, independence, and wellbeing.
